New Dishes

This is for Sis en Suisse, to show her our new set of dishes.. Anyone on the Northwestern hemisphere, who shops at Costco has possibly come across them..!
I normally like plain, simple white or cream for dishes, but these were just too cute!

Deep Freeze

Just another -37C day on the bald praire.. Pretty - inside looking out!

And He's Off..!

This'll be a bit boring for most... Except for Grandparents and Aunties and Uncles!

Our wee boy has been standing by himself for a couple of months but never had the courage to get going.. Here he is, walking at 11 months. (He started a week earlier, but his mom is a bit slow getting out the camera..) The little munchkin figured out how to go down the stairs via his belly in the same week too- so we've switched into high gear 'round here!!

..he seems to be catching on quick. The last couple of days he learned to turn around while in motion.. next it'll be running....yipes!

Saturday..

Reagan was out hunting, so we went over to G&G's place for the day. The weather was sunny and kinda 'warm' so we spent a lot of it outdoors!

This here picture is a close up of moms's yellow juniper..
The pretty frost..
Trampolin'in!

The little puddy-tat..

More close-ups of Mom's garden en hiver.

Shel's photos with the 'poor-excuse-for-a-model'..

This one's better - there's a cute little man in blue!

Goofy!

Wonder if he's going to be a bit of a clown?! Hope this brings a smile to your cheeks like it did to ours!

A November Stroll..

The air was crisp and fresh, the sun shining, the sky clear blue, the bustling wind blowing, and - we needed to get out. It was short but delicious! And Auntie Ash was in on the fun too!

Ash's great use of boots - a holster for her 'gun' (from Dylan)!

Some Afternoon Fun!

Jude is way too cute to get after - he stands up in his highchair lots and it doesn't matter how mean I look or how loud I scold him, he just smiles.. And smiles! This particular afternoon he found out how much fun (and how yummy), toliet paper is! And of course I couldn't do anything but smile...!

Penticton

Last week school was out, so we packed up and headed southwest to a beautiful place called Penticton! The reason? To visit our dear Dad and Mum - Jimmy and Alice Anne! They put up with us, spoiled us, entertained us, fed us, etc... Reagan and I even got to go out for a romantic supper (the 3rd time in 5 1/2 years!) to a VERY quaint Greek restaurant - including candle light and a real wood burning fire! We shopped, slept in, went for walks, swam, ate delicious food...you get the idea.:)
The 3 following beautiful pictures are from Jim!

The view out their window..

Couch potatoes.

We were actually trying to capture a picture of the 3 kids.. Not a lucky momment..

Our stylish Grandma in her new duds!

At the Park. Jimmy trying to break his camera -taking pictures of me...!

We met up with Mike and Lara and their kids at the park and then had lunch with them! A great family...

Laska ready to go down the slide!

Reagan and Ems.

Here we are minus Grandma, Jude - who were keeping the home fires burning, and Sean(their foster baby)who was sleeping. The kids have very fun and orginal names - Navy, Diesel, Laska and Mango!

Friendly ducks.. (Jim's pic.)

Their temporary home - on the top!

Thanks again G&G, for a Wonderful time! xo
