We've been enjoying our snow - and the pretty hoar frost at sunrise this am!

One bonus of living where there are lots of trees is the birds! The other day I was eating breakfast and looked outside to see a flock gorgeous Pine Grosbeaks eating their breakfast too!

( I had to take these thru the window so they're a little fuzzy..)

Holiday Goodies

Zoey and her mom visited us last week for a baking day! We made chewy gingerbread cookies to decorate...

... vanilla bean fudge, and candy coated almonds (sugar, cayenne and cinnamon flavor)!

So now we hope someone will come help eat it all!

November

Here is just a quick overview of our month..  (Doesn't include everything - I should have taken more photos!) Snow and more snow - nice temps mostly, except for one chilly week..

We have a foster horse in our corral! Saga is a gorgeous, well - mannered horse!

Just grabbed these shots with my iphone - the removal of a few overcrowded trees! Back at the beginning of Nov. I won't blow them up - they are terrible quality..!

Birthday celebration - Mom made a delicious cake! I've got great 'candle blowing' helpers! We only put three candles on the cake - just a few short of my actual age! ;0)

Another birthday meal - cheese fondue at Ash and Ryan's!  (And chocolate cupcakes with butter cream icing!) Thanks Ash, it was so yum!

To Shaun and Bon's for the weekend! Had a hoot on the skating pond!
