A November Stroll..

The air was crisp and fresh, the sun shining, the sky clear blue, the bustling wind blowing, and - we needed to get out. It was short but delicious! And Auntie Ash was in on the fun too!

Ash's great use of boots - a holster for her 'gun' (from Dylan)!

Wow, the first picture didn't completely give away the fact that the water is ICE!! Brrrr...then I thought Dylan was brave to stand in that cold looking water....then I saw you all standing ON it! It must have been really cold for awhile already. Your grandma's geraniums are still blooming here, we have had a really mild fall so far. No complaints here! It is so good to get out, even if it is just for a few minutes. If our kids don't get out all day long, they are unbearable by evening. Esp our Dylan, who like those of his ilk, have an overabundance of energy.....

Fabulous photos once again! You've just got an artistic eye Anj and there's no denying it. Of course having beautiful subjects helps too :) Wish we could have joined you for a stroll on the ice in grandpa's pasture? Can't quite place the lake, river and fields.

Yep, it was in Grandpa's pasture, along the river.. It's a shaded spot so there's already ice on the edges. We have no good walking trails in town so the little drive to the country is well worth it! We wish you all could join us!
