Last Week's Entertainment!

Jude has been fiddling with the X-country skis for awhile and so as soon as we had a bit 'O snow, he was out there! As you can see he is very keen!! This is how we found him.

First picture - put skis in place, next clip the boots in, last- try to slide them forward!

A Saturday afternoon buzz around the yard! The 2 year old did alright! (He's really taking his job serious!) The Pink Petunia was rippin' and tearin' - a little wild...!

A healthy coyote just beyond the fence -gave us a lesson on 'mousing'!
Loved the look of our pond with the snow!

A fair bit of fun around here! Poor Reagan - me, making a jest of his sunday afternoon garb! Lovely don't you think!?  ;0)  Some friends showing up at our door Monday eve dressed as a family of clowns! (Which gave a terrified Jude the shakes!)
Lastly, Jude and Logan - my lunch buddies!

Sweetpea Zoey came to visit - again!! (Aren't we so lucky!) She looks pretty edible with that fuzzy toque  on..!!

Out for a stroll on the quarter behind our place. Am so excited for x-country skiing out here - a gorgeous spot! A neat old cabin deep in the woods - the grandmother of Little Red Riding Hood's perhaps?!

Another excursion with Logan, Jude and Emarie. Plus a few of our pond!

Our little dolly turned 5!

Saying that October was a bit of a crazy month is a bit of an understatement - the packing and then out to BC for the long weekend, moving the next weekend, and worker company and emarie's birthday the following weekend! It was a fun party even tho we were quite wore out! Sort of a - potluck supper and as a result - quite yum! I didn't decorate or anything special, or take enough photos, so next year we'll have to make up for it!:)

Emarie didn't seem to notice tho and enjoyed it all immensely!
She even shared her day with brand new Ellie Service who shares the same birthday month!

We enjoyed a weiner roast with our workers and mom n dad on the Saturday - out at our wedding spot!
Was a gorgeous day..

Moving Weekend (...all that fun stuff!)

All of our good help, hard at it! My, we have a lot of stuff...!!

The dreaded piano move - always a hoot! :)

The other episode of removing the safe (for guns - if you're wondering!), in which we had to remove the window!

AND....

....WELCOME to our new digs!!

The exciting doll house and other pretty scenery!

Bonnie brought a yummy Pink cake to celebrate Emarie's birthday!

So thank-you, thank-you, thank-you to everyone that made our moving week a huge bit of fun! (I owe Ash and Jim n Alice Anne big too, for coming down weeks prior to help motivate the packing!)
Hugs to you all! We are settling in slowly, and are enjoying our quiet space!

Now y'all have to come visit us here!!
