Outside Fun

It's been bitter cold and snowing for the last few days, so we were happy that it warmed up yesterday! The warm sun was shining in the bright blue sky - and even if it isn't SPRING here yet, it sure did wonders for our mood!

Jude Updates

Just had a little fun with the camera today - Jude is nearly 7 weeks old! And yes, he's looking more and more like his daddy! (So I guess he'll be quite handsome!:)) He's still got a bit of his baby acne, but thankfully it's going away..!

Uncle Ryan and Auntie Ash Time!

This last weekend we got to spend time with two fun people! They came down to visit us on Family Day, and we missed them so much we decided to go visit them on Friday! (Or was it that Ash volunteered to babysit while R and I went on a date!?!) :) It was both reasons - and we had a really nice 2.5 hrs of togetherness! After a yummy supper, we came back to a delicious dessert of chocolate and fruit! The kids had fun playing with all their new toys etc.. and even stayed in their bed together all night long!!
The next day we did a bunch of much NEEDED shopping!;) We had a grand time! Thanks SO much Ash and Ryan!

Making Memories with the Mathews!

Turell, Marisa and kids 4 came up to visit! They came to see their newest cousin! (I don't think Jude was put down the whole time they were here!) We had a great time guys, come again soon!

Power Outage!

We had a surprise wind storm that blew a tree onto a power line one Friday evening.. It interrupted our games but not the stories! Travis used a flashlight and Adrienne candlelight to read books to the kids!

Afternoon with Brooke and Beau

Uncle Jim and Auntie Reta invited us over for the afternoon last week. The kids had fun getting pulled behind the tractor and playing with new toys! Minerva and Grandpa came with Grandpa's new little puppy. (which I didn't get a very good picture of..)

More New Years Baby Stuff..

Here are photos of the flower arrangement we received and family shot that went in the Rimbey paper for managing to have the first baby in the Rimbey hospital in '09. (For you Julie!):) I would have to say taking family photos is not very enjoyable.. Right Uncle Shel!? :)
