Well! We have been home nearly a week and wish we could go back.. We realized upon landing on Alberta soil, that we should have booked for 2 weeks!! Oh well, this minus 36 business sure makes a person feel alive! :P
We had a wonderful time - Reagan just needed to go and veg to recoup from the hectic fall, so that's what we did! And of course even with all the photos taken, I wish I had taken more.. Especially of the romantic evening R and I had to celebrate my birthday... Anyhow, here are some that I wasn't too lazy to take! :0)
Slipping and sloshing in the pool up by our rooms! A wee bit chilly in the evening..

Some miscellaneous pictures - the kids had ice cream for nearly every dessert (which is good b/c we came home to hot cocoa weather..)! The building on the top right is where we had breaky every morning.

The beach in the evening!

The beautiful grounds on our resort!

At the pool down by the beach!
We were very proud of Dilly because he was snorkeling without his water wings! (He is a boy that is scared to put his head under the water - guess the snorkel makes all the difference!)

The awesome gym and spa we were able to enjoy everyday! (I did anyways...! I was quite proud of myself for being so dedicated - sure doesn't happen back at home!)

Waiting to eat at the Asian restaurant!

Dressed up for supper!

Enjoying the beautiful ocean!

Some of the artfully showcased, terrifically delicious, food that we ate!
Sheldon ordered a Baked Alaska which was as equally entertaining as tasty! (They light liqueur on fire and pour it from their dishes onto the dessert! Quite fun!)

Beautiful sunny days with a breeze off the ocean! I won't rub it in too much, but it sure felt good!:) The photo on the top right is the hut where we had some relax massages! ...Absolute bliss!

The last evening - we all went out to the Mexican Steak House! (Notice that Jude and his dad are made out of the same material!)

What a place! What beautiful blue sky and bright hot sunshine! Wish we could have gone with you but then it wouldn't have been very relaxing for you all :-) Glad you could get away though you deserved that break!
P.S. Now you need to tell me how to do collages as I see you've found the trick.
Wow, you have been busy. You've done such a great job creating those collages. So many neat memories captured. Looks like you have soaked up on as much sunshine as you could to get you through the next few winter months!! There's nothing quite like a nice warm break in winter. We missed this year and last, but will definately try for it next year! Did you create your collages in photoshop? They make a nice change.
Ladies, these collages were created using a Picasa 3 program that you download onto your computer! It's quite nifty.
You sure know how to holiday in style! Next time we're coming with you! It sure looks like paradise.
