Ryan and Ash's Beautiful 'New' Homestead!

This last week we went to visit Ry and Ash's new acreage! They're busy doing renos before they move into their early 1900's + house! There are some things in it that are original, which is very cool... Here is the big red barn!

Their house is hiding behind the spruce..

The Mrs. with Jude and her baby bump! (Barely visible!)
.. a work shop in the foreground..

..the driveway...

Notice the tree fort to the left!

The neighbour's friendly pouch..

Original hardware on the original solid fir doors!
..the front door.
Living room..

Heading upstairs - the railing is original too..
Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. (..there is original hardwood thru the entire house!)
Sis, enjoying pudding with her Barbies.
Playing games..

Chillin' after supper!

Looks like a beautiful new home. They will have a lot of fun there. How far from your place? Exciting that they are expecting a baby!!! Love the pic of Emarie eating with her barbies. :-) The snow sure makes everything look so pretty. We don't know what it is like to have any snow, let alone a tonne like you've got!

WOW WOW WOW! LOVE the old barn!!! I'm coming this summer and want family photos in or around it!!! I always dreamed of a house with a porch so now I'll be able to sit out on my sister's :-) Think of the quiet summer evening spent out there...Well thanks for all the awesome photos. Now we are really anxious to come and see it all plus there'll soon be a baby to add to the picture.

Wow... what a gorgeous place to live. Sigh, someday too maybe I will have an acreage with a 100 yr. old house.
